Our family just got back from five days in New York City! It was the first time we had taken our kids, who are currently 17, 14, and 11. It was incredible!
We especially enjoyed all the amazing restaurants around the city! I’ve put together a list of our favorites!
Dos Caminos
Dos Caminos is a Mexican restaurant located in Times Square. Great guacamole, spicy fabulous chile poblanos, and plain cheese quesadillas for any picky eaters.
Sarabeth’s
Sarabeth’s has multiple locations, but we ate at the one across from Central Park.
This is the perfect place for brunch. Savory options (avocado toast!) and sweet (legendary muffins and jams!)
Black Tap
Black Tap has delicious burgers, fries, and onion rings and a fun atmosphere.
Tony’s Di Napoli
Tony’s Di Napoli is a family style Italian restaurant near the Broadway district. Fast and delicious, it’s perfect for after a play or musical when you’re family is a little hangry.
Jacob’s Pickles
Jacob’s Pickles is my very favorite restaurant in New York. Y’all. It’s a New York take on southern cuisine. Put this one on your list for sure!
See what I mean?? This is the honey chicken biscuit. Yummmmmm.
Le Pain Quotidien
Le Pain Quotidien is a great place to grab breakfast on the go. Fabulous croissants, muffins, and coffee to take with you on your adventure.
John’s Pizzeria on Bleecker Street
John’s on Bleecker Street is the best New York pizza.
The Smith Restaurant
The Smith was voted favorite restaurant by the kids and my husband. (It’s a *close* second for me, but Jacob’s Pickles beat it out).
The food was every bit as good as the gorgeous decor. So you know it was goooood.
So what do you think? Have you eaten at any of these restaurants before? Any I need to add to my list? Let me know if you head to the Big Apple and try them!
